Summerfest® 2023 —  Submissions Closed for the 2023 Festival

ReverbNation is the exclusive submission platform for Summerfest® presented by American Family Insurance. The talent buyers of Summerfest and the A&R Department of ReverbNation will work closely together to choose artists to perform at this year’s festival.

Summerfest in Milwaukee, WI will be celebrating its 55th anniversary in 2023, a big milestone for one of the most iconic music festivals. It boasts a diverse lineup with the biggest names in music during its nine-day run. Summerfest features more than 600 artists spanning all genres, from alternative rock to country, hip hop, Top 40, classic rock, indie, and everything in between.

Additional Details

  • Selected artists will perform 45 to 60-minute sets on one of Summerfest’s festival stages
  • Compensation will be negotiated directly with the promoter upon acceptance

How does the ReverbNation opportunity work?

Artists must have or create a ReverbNation artist profile as well as have a basic level account in order to submit to the gig opportunity.

At least 15 ReverbNation artists will be selected to take the stage during the iconic Summerfest music festival, which features more than 800 artists spanning all genres, from alternative to rock to country, hip hop, classic rock, indie, and everything in between. Past ReverbNation artists selected to be a part of Summerfest’s lineup included Yam Haus from Minneapolis, MN, Matt Hoyles from Vancouver, BC, Dragondeer from Denver, CO and Rocket Cat from Shorewood, WI, among others.
