Summerfest presents the legendary Greensky Bluegrass. For two decades now, Greensky Bluegrass have been building an empire, brick by brick. They are widely known for their dazzling live performances and relentless touring schedule, but that is only the tip of the complex tale of the five musicians that make up Greensky Bluegrass! See them live on Sunday October 12, 2025, at the Aurora Pavilion at Henry Maier Festival Park.
How do I get to the Aurora Pavilion?
The shows will take place at the Aurora Pavilion located inside the Mid Gate of Henry Maier Festival Park (East Chicago Street &, N Harbor Dr, Milwaukee). Patrons are encouraged to exit at any of the downtown or lakefront exits. Check out our directions and parking information.
Are these shows during Summerfest?
No, these shows take place outside of the festival. Summerfest takes place three weekends at the begining of summer. We book shows presented by Summerfest throughout the season on our grounds. The Gov't Mule show will be the first-ever Summerfest presents concert at the Aurora Pavilion outside of the festival, as Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. (MWF) amps up the music on the lakefront with even more shows throughout the season.
What are the security policies at the gates?
In line with all other major venues and stadiums, all visitors and employees will enter Henry Maier Festival Park (the "Park") through metal detection and should be prepared to comply with other security screening requirements.
- All cinch sacks and duffle bags are subject to inspection before entering the grounds. No backpacks at all will be allowed on the grounds and must be returned to a vehicle or home before entering the Park.
- Please leave any unnecessary articles secured within your vehicle or at home to expedite your entry into the park.
- Any prohibited items will be confiscated by security and will not be returned.
- Milwaukee World Festival, INC (MWF) is not responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss of vehicle including articles left within.
If you need to bring medication, medical equipment, diapers, or other personal care items, how should you pack those items?
- If you have privacy concerns, put those items in a smaller bag that you cannot see through and then place that bag in a clear bag.
- Please note, the small cosmetic or privacy bag is still subject to inspection.
- Nursing mothers may bring in needed items in a similar manner or in a separate bag.
