MILWAUKEE (November 4, 2015) - Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. officials are excited to announce the second major show of Summerfest 2016. Blake Shelton will headline the Marcus Amphitheater on Friday, July 1.

Five time CMA Male Vocalist of the Year and coach of NBC’s hit show The Voice, Blake Sheltonwill hit the road in February on his 2016 tour presented by Gildan.  “Man, I’m just so excited about 2016,” says Shelton.  “We’ve got a new album coming and I can’t wait to get back out on the road and play some new music for my fans.  As an artist, my favorite thing to do is go on the road and play shows.  I’ve missed it, and it’s gonna be like old times.  So, y’all get ready to party!”  Since his 2001 debut single, “Austin,” Shelton has proven himself to be one of country music’s most compelling and accomplished vocalists. 

Tickets for Blake Shelton's show on Friday, July 1 go on sale Friday, November 13 at 10:00 am CST and include Summerfest admission. Tickets can be purchased at the Summerfest Box Office in person and by phone at 1.414.273.2600, Ticketmaster Ticket Centers, Walmart stores, online at and by phone at 1.800.745.3000 (live Ticketmaster Agent) or 1.866.448.7849 (“Ticketmaster Express” automated phone line).  Patrons may also utilize “ticketfast” at to print barcoded concert tickets from home.  Convenience fees may be added to all purchases.
