MILWAUKEE, WI (November 3, 2022) –Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. (MWF) and American Family Insurance announced that applications are now open for the Let The Music Play Grant Program.
Celebrating its fifth year, Let The Music Play supports music education in Milwaukee County. Since its inception, 30 organizations have been awarded grants including Carmen Schools of Science and Technology to support their drum line program, Milwaukee School of Languages for their choral library, Wisconsin Conservatory of Music’s mobile music sound lab, Woodlands Elementary School for the purchase of instruments, and many others.
Thanks to an additional generous contribution from American Family Insurance for the second consecutive year, Let The Music Play has grown its grant distribution, affording the program the opportunity to support additional organizations and/or fulfil larger grant requests.
Non-profit organizations and school programs that support music education are encouraged to apply. The deadline to submit an application is November 30, 2022.

Let The Music Play is open to non-profit organizations and schools that serve Milwaukee County through music-based programming for students aged 11 - 18. The grant program is intended to represent the variety of music-based activities taking place in the greater Milwaukee community and is open to programs ranging from band, orchestra and jazz to musical theater and dance.
