We’re calling for all fans, young or old, to share their favorite memories of Summerfest over the past 5 decades. Whether 2022 was your first festival, or you’ve been to every Summerfest since 1968, we want to hear your stories about the best show you’ve witnessed, yearly gatherings with your fest friends you’ve made through the years, or whatever core memory strikes you the most!

Waiver and Release

I allow Milwaukee World Festival, Inc., dba “Summerfest” (hereinafter “Summerfest”) and its partner organizations to use my photo submission in any materials used to promote Summerfest, or any Summerfest special events. In order to do this, Summerfest may copy, reproduce, edit, or create a new work utilizing my photo. Any partner organization referred to is an affiliate and/or contractual partner or sponsor of Summerfest. I acknowledge that Summerfest has no interest in selling or giving away my name or submitted photo image to any unrelated third-parties. Summerfest will have the right to use my photo to create the promotional materials. I agree that I will not be paid for the photo or the use of my photo.

What do you promise by agreeing to this waiver?

First and foremost, you promise you are 18 years of age or older. You allow Summerfest to use your name or submitted photo, or a copy thereof, in any digital manner, exhibit, presentation, printed version or video or visual promotional materials for Summerfest or any special event. You also promise not to bring suit against Summerfest for any publicity or privacy claim arising from our use of your name and/or submitted photo.
