2024 Children’s Fest Day Map of Fun Giveaway OFFICIAL RULES:

The Lainey Wilson Sweepstakes (“Contest”) is sponsored by Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. (“MWF’), 639 E Summerfest Place, Milwaukee, Wi 53202 and is administered by Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. (“MWF”), By participating in the Contest, participants in the Contest (each a “Participant”) acknowledge reading, and further accept and agree to be bound by these rules (the “Official Rules”). Any violation of these Official Rules by Participant may result in disqualification. All decisions by MWF regarding the Contest are final and binding in all respects.

No Purchase Necessary To Enter, Win, Or Claim A Prize. A Purchase Or Payment Will Not Increase A Participant’s Chances Of Winning.

1. CONTEST PERIOD. The Contest will run from Wednesday, November 20, at 8AMCST through Sunday, November 24 at 11:59PM CST. (the “Contest Period”). MWF’s server and computer clock is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.
2. ELIGIBILITY. The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who, at the time of entry are 18 years of age or older and are not considered a minor in their state of residence. The following are not eligible to enter the Contest: (a) full-time benefited employees, agents, successors, assignees, officers, and directors of MWF and their Immediate Family (defined below); (b) employees, agents, officers and directors of MWF’s consultants, licensees, and contractors; (c) individuals employed to work at Henry Maier Festival Park during any MWF-produced event within the past two years; (d) officers, directors, agents, successors, assignees, employees and former employees of any Sponsor Entities (as defined below) and their Immediate Family; and (e) any other persons engaged with the production or the administration of any MWF-produced event or Contest. For the purpose of administering this Contest, “Immediate Family” includes spouses, parents, children, and siblings (including stepparents, stepchildren and stepsiblings).
3. HOW TO ENTER. At the outset of the Contest Period, MWF will create an Instagram post on the @Summerfest channel containing details about the Contest to its Instagram page (the “Post”). In order to enter, Participants must (i) “like” the Post by clicking the thumbs up like button located on the Post (liking a related post or other content such as a comment within the Post or a version of the Post shared or otherwise distributed by a anyone other than MWF is not acceptable); (ii) tag an Instagram friend in the comment section of the Post (but not in a version of the Post shared or otherwise distributed by a anyone other than MWF); and (iii) follow the official @Summerfest Instagram account. Upon completing subs (i), (ii), and (iii) of this Section, individuals will be automatically entered into the Contest. MWF shall provide an alternative method of entry upon request. No purchase necessary. Limit 1 entry per person. Participants who submit or attempt to submit more than 1 entry by using multiple/different accounts, identities, registrations, or logins or through any other methods will be disqualified from participating in the Contest. Participants who submit false, untrue, misleading, inaccurate, or materially incomplete information as part of their entry into the Contest, as determined solely by MWF, will be disqualified from participating in the Contest.
4. USE OF PARTICIPANT NAME, IMAGE, LIKENESS, AND CONTENT. By entering the Contest, Participant grants MWF and others authorized by MWF the right, without limitation or further permission or compensation, to use and publicize the Participant’s name, platform user name, social media or other online posts, content, or messages, story, image, voice, story, and likeness for promotional, advertising, publicity, and marketing purposes in any manner in commerce and in any medium now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity without limitation and without further notice or approval.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. One winner (the “Prize Winner”) will be drawn randomly from eligible entries on Monday, November 25 on or after 12PM CST. The odds of winning the Prize are based upon the total number of eligible entries during the Contest Period. The Prize Winner will be notified via the email address provided on the entry form.
6. PRIZE. The Prize Winner will receive two tickets to the Lainey Wilson Concert] (the “Concert”) at a location to be determined by MWF and a swag bundle (collectively the “Prize”). There will be no substitutions of or exceptions to the selection, including in the event the Concert does not occur through no fault of MWF or any company providing or otherwise associated with a Prize (the “Sponsor Entities”) (MWF “Companies”). Approximate Retail Value of the Prize is $450. The Prize Winner is solely responsible for the cost of transportation to and from the Concert, and any other incidental costs related to attending the Concert and claiming the Prize. The Prize may not be substituted for cash or other prizes except by MWF, who reserve the right to substitute the Prize for cash or for any other prize of equal or greater value, in its sole discretion. Winners of a Prize equal to or greater than $600 will receive an IRS Form 1099 MISC reporting the actual value of the Prize received. Limit of 1 Prize per household. In no event will more prizes than are stated in these Official Rules be awarded. Approximate retail value is determined as of the time these Official Rules are published and may fluctuate. Prize Winner is not entitled to any difference between the approximate retail value and the actual value of the Prize at the time the Prize is awarded. All other costs and expenses not expressly stated herein shall be solely the Prize Winner’s responsibility.
7. PRIZE DELIVERY. The Prize Winner must meet all requirements for eligibility to participate in the Contest and complete, sign, and return a Statement of Eligibility, Publicity Release, and Release of Liability, and any additional documents requested by MWF (collectively, the “Required Documents”) and present a government issued photo ID prior to receiving the Prize. Failure to meet these requirements may result in forfeiture of the Prize, which may not be awarded. If Prize Winner is eligible to win a Prize, MWF shall bear the costs of such delivery. MWF is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, postage due, incorrect, illegible, or incomplete Required Documents, which may result in forfeiture, delay, or failure to deliver or receive the Prize. The Prize may also be picked up from the MWF headquarters at 639 E. Summerfest Place, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202. MWF will not pay any travel costs for the Prize Winner to pick up the Prize. Prizes that are not claimed prior to the Concert shall be forfeited.
8. TAXES. Any federal, state and/or local income and other taxes, if any, are the Prize Winner’s sole responsibility.
9. NO PRIZE TRANSFER OR SUBSTITUTION. No portion of the Prize is transferable or redeemable for cash. If the Prize Winner attempts to resell a Prize (or portion thereof), including online or through a ticket reseller, MWF reserves the right to immediately rescind the Prize. There are no substitutions for the Prize. If a Prize Winner would like to relinquish the Prize for any reason, they must contact MWF to coordinate a Prize drop off.
10. CONSENT AND RELEASE. By entering the Contest, each Participant releases and discharges the Companies and any other party associated with the development or administration of this Contest, including any social media or other host website and platform, their parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, shareholders, employees, independent contractors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, “Release Entities”), from any and all liability whatsoever in connection with this Contest, including without limitation legal claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages, demands or actions of any kind (including without limitation personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction or property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light) (collectively, “Claims”). The Prize Winner agrees that all Prizes are provided “as is” without any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, whether now known or hereinafter enacted, relative to the use or enjoyment of the Prize, including, without limitation, its quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Participant acknowledges that if the release of liability in these Official Rules was not as broad as it is, the cost of the Contest for MWF and/or the Sponsor Entities would be considerably higher, and Participant may not have the ability to participate in the Contest. Because Participant wishes to participate in the Contest, Participant waives the right to bargain for a different waiver of liability terms. No responsibilities are accepted for any additional expenses, omission, delays, or re-routing resulting from any acts of any government or authority. If a Participant provides an email address or posts artwork or other content during the Contest or Summerfest, it may be used for future marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes, including by the Companies, without compensation to the Participant. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the social media or other online platform upon which it is administered or advertised. Except where prohibited:
a) acceptance of a Prize constitutes the consent of the Prize Winner, without further compensation, to use the name, platform user name, social media or other online posts, content, or messages, story, image, voice, story, and likeness of the Prize Winner for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes by MWF and/or others authorized by MWF;
b) acceptance of the Prize by the Prize Winner constitutes a release of the Release Entities of any and all Claims in connection with this Contest or any Prize; and
c) the Prize Winner will be required to sign the Required Documents and provide them to MWF before receiving the Prize.
d) nothing in these Official Rules shall be construed to create a relationship between the Prize Winner and Companies other than as expressly set forth herein.
e) Prize Winner is not authorized to and shall not use, recreate, or assert an interest in MWF’s trademarks, including the “Smile logo”® and the name Summerfest ®.
11. DISCLAIMERS. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, distorted, torn, illegible, or incompletely received for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at MWF’s servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute, email service provider) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. MWF, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to pursue any remedies available, including disqualification from the Contest and any legal claims against any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the web site. Use of bots or other automated processes to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of MWF. MWF further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, inclement weather, technical failures of any sort, or other force majeure events. MWF is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this Contest, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution or production errors, and may modify or cancel this Contest based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability. THE COMPANIES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, AS REGARDS THIS CONTEST OR THE MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE REGARDING ANY PRIZE OR ANY COMPONENT OF ANY PRIZE.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE MWF’S WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF LAW AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, MWF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES) FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
12. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. This Contest is void where prohibited by law. If all or any part of this Contest is prohibited or regulated by the laws or regulations of a particular jurisdiction, MWF reserves the right to disqualify Participants, change, alter or modify eligibility and prize structure (including without limitation the right to limit participation in the Contest) or to suspend or cancel the Contest as may be necessary, in MWF’s sole discretion, to comply with such laws or regulations. MWF reserves the right to suspend the Concert and/or to impose any health safety measure, which shall be immediately adopted by the Prize Winner as a condition of winning the Contest. MWF reserves the right to suspend, reschedule, or cancel the Concert.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION. As a condition of participation in this Contest, all Participants agree that all disputes which cannot be resolved between the Participants and the Companies, and all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually in a state or federal court located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, and under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles. All Participants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such state and federal courts and waive any rights they may have to a trial before a jury in connection with any such dispute. All judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket direct damages (excluding attorneys’ fees unless otherwise set forth in these Official Rules) associated with participation in this Contest and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages unless otherwise set forth in these Official Rules.
14. MWF’S RIGHTS. MWF’s decisions on all matters relating to this Contest will be final, including cancellation of this Contest or revocation of any Prizes. MWF reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to alter or amend these Official Rules and its procedures in administering the Contest and to establish additional rules or procedures in the operation of this Contest should MWF, in its sole discretion, so desire.
15. SEVERABILITY. If any provision of these Official Rules should be held unenforceable or invalid for any reason, then that provision or portion thereof shall be modified or deleted in such manner as to render the remaining provisions of these Official Rules valid and enforceable. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or any prize documents shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. 9 winners (each the “Prize Winner”) will be selected randomly from population each day of Summerfest on or after 12:00pm CST. The odds of winning the Prize are based upon subjective criteria of MWF Staff regarding patron outfit and festival fashion look.

6. PRIZE. The Prize Winner will receive a canvas tote bag, two front row wristbands to a show of their choice (subject to availability), two Dunkin’ branded tumblers, two fanny packs, two reversible bucket hats, two bandanas, four pins, and two $5 Dunkin gift cards(collectively the “Prize”). MWF reserves the right to suspend, reschedule, or cancel the Concert.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION. As a condition of participation in this Contest, all Participants agree that all disputes which cannot be resolved between the Participants and the Companies, and all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually in a state or federal court located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, and under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles. All Participants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such state and federal courts and waive any rights they may have to a trial before a jury in connection with any such dispute. All judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket direct damages (excluding attorneys’ fees unless otherwise set forth in these Official Rules) associated with participation in this Contest and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages unless otherwise set forth in these Official Rules.

14. MWF’S RIGHTS. MWF’s decisions on all matters relating to this Contest will be final, including cancellation of this Contest or revocation of any Prizes. MWF reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to alter or amend these Official Rules and its procedures in administering the Contest and to establish additional rules or procedures in the operation of this Contest should MWF, in its sole discretion, so desire.

15. SEVERABILITY. If any provision of these Official Rules should be held unenforceable or invalid for any reason, then that provision or portion thereof shall be modified or deleted in such manner as to render the remaining provisions of these Official Rules valid and enforceable. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or any prize documents shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

2024 Rock On To Wellness Sweepstakes OFFICIAL RULES:

The 2024 Rock On To Wellness Sweepstakes (“Contest”) is sponsored by Aurora Health Care (“Sponsor”), and is administered by Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. (“MWF”), 639 E. Summerfest Pl, Milwaukee WI, 53202. By participating in the Contest, participants in the Contest (each a “Participant”) acknowledge reading, and further accept and agree to be bound by these rules (the “Official Rules”). Any violation of these Official Rules by Participant may result in disqualification. All decisions by MWF regarding the Contest are final and binding in all respects.
No Purchase Necessary To Enter, Win, Or Claim A Prize. A Purchase Or Payment Will Not Increase A Participant’s Chances Of Winning.

1. CONTEST PERIOD. The Contest will run from June 15, 2024 8:30am CST through June 15, 2024 11:00am CST. (the “Contest Period”). MWF’s server and computer clock is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.

2. ELIGIBILITY. The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who, at the time of entry are 18 years of age or older and are not considered a minor in their state of residence. The following are not eligible to enter the Contest: (a) full-time benefited employees, agents, successors, assignees, officers, and directors of MWF and their Immediate Family (defined below); (b) employees, agents, officers and directors of MWF’s consultants, licensees, and contractors; (c) individuals employed to work at Henry Maier Festival Park during any MWF-produced event within the past two years; (d) officers, directors, agents, successors, assignees, employees and former employees of any Sponsor Entities (as defined below) and their Immediate Family; and (e) any other persons engaged with the production or the administration of any MWF-produced event or Contest. For the purpose of administering this Contest, “Immediate Family” includes spouses, parents, children, and siblings (including stepparents, stepchildren and stepsiblings).

3. HOW TO ENTER. During the Sweepstakes period, Entrants will register by attending the free Rock on to Wellness event (the “Event”) occurring at the Henry Maier Festival Park on June 15, 2024, and checking in at the check-in desk at the Event. Upon attending, users will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. MWF shall provide an alternative method of entry (AMOE) upon request. No purchase necessary. One entry per person. Must be present to win.

4. USE OF PARTICIPANT NAME, IMAGE, LIKENESS, AND CONTENT. By entering the Contest, Participant grants MWF and others authorized by MWF the right, without limitation or further permission or compensation, to use and publicize the Participant’s name, platform user name, social media or other online posts, content, or messages, story, image, voice, story, and likeness for promotional, advertising, publicity, and marketing purposes in any manner in commerce and in any medium now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity without limitation and without further notice or approval.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. One winner (the “Prize Winner”) will be drawn randomly from eligible entries on June 15, 2024 on or after 10:30am CST. The odds of winning the Prize are based upon the total number of eligible entries during the Contest Period. The winner must be in person at the time of the announcement of the winner.

6. PRIZE. The Prize Winner will receive four general admission tickets to Summerfest, two front row wristbands to Chelsea Cutler at the Generac Power Stage on 6/21, one six-month membership to OrangeTheory Fitness, one Dunkin’ branded Stanley cup, and one $50 Spafinder giftcard. (collectively the “Prize”). There will be no substitutions of or exceptions to the selection, including in the event the Concert does not occur through no fault of MWF or any company providing or otherwise associated with a Prize (the “Sponsor Entities”) (MWF and the Sponsor Entities are collectively the “Companies”). Approximate Retail Value of the Prize is $2,367. The Prize Winner is solely responsible for the cost of transportation to and from the Concert, and any other incidental costs related to attending the Concert and claiming the Prize. The Prize may not be substituted for cash or other prizes except by MWF, who reserve the right to substitute the Prize for cash or for any other prize of equal or greater value, in its sole discretion. Winners of a Prize equal to or greater than $600 will receive an IRS Form 1099 MISC reporting the actual value of the Prize received. Limit of 1 Prize per household. In no event will more prizes than are stated in these Official Rules be awarded. Approximate retail value is determined as of the time these Official Rules are published and may fluctuate. Prize Winner is not entitled to any difference between the approximate retail value and the actual value of the Prize at the time the Prize is awarded. All other costs and expenses not expressly stated herein shall be solely the Prize Winner’s responsibility.

7. PRIZE DELIVERY. The Prize Winner must meet all requirements for eligibility to participate in the Contest and complete, sign, and return a Statement of Eligibility, Publicity Release, and Release of Liability, and any additional documents requested by MWF (collectively, the “Required Documents”) and present a government issued photo ID prior to receiving the Prize. Failure to meet these requirements may result in forfeiture of the Prize, which may not be awarded. If Prize Winner is eligible to win a Prize, MWF shall bear the costs of such delivery. MWF is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, postage due, incorrect, illegible, or incomplete Required Documents, which may result in forfeiture, delay, or failure to deliver or receive the Prize. The Prize may also be picked up from the MWF headquarters at 639 E. Summerfest Place, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202. MWF will not pay any travel costs for the Prize Winner to pick up the Prize. Prizes that are not claimed prior to the Concert on 6/21 shall be forfeited.

8. TAXES. Any federal, state and/or local income and other taxes, if any, are the Prize Winner’s sole responsibility.

9. NO PRIZE TRANSFER OR SUBSTITUTION. No portion of the Prize is transferable or redeemable for cash. If the Prize Winner attempts to resell a Prize (or portion thereof), including online or through a ticket reseller, MWF reserves the right to immediately rescind the Prize. There are no substitutions for the Prize. If a Prize Winner would like to relinquish the Prize for any reason, they must contact MWF to coordinate a Prize drop off.

10. CONSENT AND RELEASE. By entering the Contest, each Participant releases and discharges the Companies and any other party associated with the development or administration of this Contest, including any social media or other host website and platform, their parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, shareholders, employees, independent contractors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, “Release Entities”), from any and all liability whatsoever in connection with this Contest, including without limitation legal claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages, demands or actions of any kind (including without limitation personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction or property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light) (collectively, “Claims”). The Prize Winner agrees that all Prizes are provided “as is” without any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, whether now known or hereinafter enacted, relative to the use or enjoyment of the Prize, including, without limitation, its quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Participant acknowledges that if the release of liability in these Official Rules was not as broad as it is, the cost of the Contest for MWF and/or the Sponsor Entities would be considerably higher, and Participant may not have the ability to participate in the Contest. Because Participant wishes to participate in the Contest, Participant waives the right to bargain for a different waiver of liability terms. No responsibilities are accepted for any additional expenses, omission, delays, or re-routing resulting from any acts of any government or authority. If a Participant provides an email address or posts artwork or other content during the Contest or Summerfest, it may be used for future marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes, including by the Companies, without compensation to the Participant. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the social media or other online platform upon which it is administered or advertised. Except where prohibited:
a) acceptance of a Prize constitutes the consent of the Prize Winner, without further compensation, to use the name, platform user name, social media or other online posts, content, or messages, story, image, voice, story, and likeness of the Prize Winner for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes by MWF and/or others authorized by MWF;
b) acceptance of the Prize by the Prize Winner constitutes a release of the Release Entities of any and all Claims in connection with this Contest or any Prize; and
c) the Prize Winner will be required to sign the Required Documents and provide them to MWF before receiving the Prize.
d) nothing in these Official Rules shall be construed to create a relationship between the Prize Winner and Companies other than as expressly set forth herein.
e) Prize Winner is not authorized to and shall not use, recreate, or assert an interest in MWF’s trademarks, including the “Smile logo”® and the name Summerfest ®.

11. DISCLAIMERS. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, distorted, torn, illegible, or incompletely received for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at MWF’s servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute, email service provider) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. MWF, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to pursue any remedies available, including disqualification from the Contest and any legal claims against any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the web site. Use of bots or other automated processes to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of MWF. MWF further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, inclement weather, technical failures of any sort, or other force majeure events. MWF is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this Contest, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution or production errors, and may modify or cancel this Contest based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE MWF’S WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF LAW AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, MWF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES) FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

12. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. This Contest is void where prohibited by law. If all or any part of this Contest is prohibited or regulated by the laws or regulations of a particular jurisdiction, MWF reserves the right to disqualify Participants, change, alter or modify eligibility and prize structure (including without limitation the right to limit participation in the Contest) or to suspend or cancel the Contest as may be necessary, in MWF’s sole discretion, to comply with such laws or regulations. MWF reserves the right to suspend the Concert and/or to impose any health safety measure, which shall be immediately adopted by the Prize Winner as a condition of winning the Contest. 2024 HOLE-IN-ONE CONTEST WITH IRON JOC

1. PARTICIPATION FEE: Any citizen or permanent legal resident of the United States meeting the eligibility requirements herein may enter this game of skill from June 20, 2024 through July 6, 2024 during operational days and hours of the Iron Joc Hole-in-One Contest (the “Contest”), which is generally noon to dusk on days Summerfest 2024 is open to the public. The operational hours of Summerfest 2024 and the Contest are subject to change in Milwaukee World Festival, Inc.’s (“MWF’s”) sole discretion. In exchange for a non-refundable fee of $10.00 plus tax (the “Fee”), persons meeting the eligibility requirements of these Official Rules (each a “Participant”) may hit three golf balls provided by MWF consecutively with a golf club provided by MWF in an attempt to hit a hole-in-one shot in the hole located on the official green approximately 145 yards offshore in order to win the Contest. Participants who win the Contest are eligible to receive Prizes as defined in Section 5 of these rules (the “Official Rules”). By entering this Contest, Participants (or their parents or legal guardians where applicable) agree to abide by and be legally bound by these Official Rules.

2. ELIGIBILITY: A Participant must be a citizen or permanent legal resident of the United States to win a Prize. A Participant must be (1) at least 18 years old and not considered a minor in their state of residence or (2) a minor accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. Full-time benefited employees, officers, and/or directors of MWF or their Immediate Families (as defined below), and MWF’s consultants, licensees, contractors, and any individual employed to work at the Henry Maier Festival Park (the “Park”) during any MWF-produced event in 2024 are not eligible to enter. Officers, directors, independent contractors, or employees of any company providing a Prize or otherwise sponsoring or supporting for the Contest, including Iron Joc, Trees on the Move, WRNW 97.3 The Game, and the Michaels Corporation (“Prize Providers”) or their Immediate Families, are not eligible to enter. For the purpose of administering this Contest, “Immediate Family” includes spouses, parents, children and siblings (including stepparents, stepchildren and stepsiblings) of the employee, officer and/or director of MWF or the Prize Providers. Current and former professional golfers (defined as current and former members of the Professional Golfing Association or any similar profession golfing organization as well as any individual who derives or has derived a majority of his or her annual income for any given year from golfing) are not eligible to win Prizes. Participants, through their participation in the Contest, shall comply with all federal, state, local, and MWF laws, rules, and regulations during their participation in the Contest, including directions from MWF staff.

3. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Contest, Participants should visit the Park from June 20, 2024 through July 6, 2024 during posted operational days and hours of the Contest. After paying the Fee, a Participant may hit three golf balls at the official pin consecutively in an attempt to hit a hole-in-one shot in the hole located on the official green approximately 145 yards offshore. Multiple Participants cannot participate in the Contest on the same Fee. There is no limit to the number of times a Participant may pay the Fee and participate in the Contest. Participants may not use any other golf ball or club other than those supplied by MWF for the Contest. If a Participant succeeds in making a hole-in-one, upon verification of eligibility, that person will be designated as a “Prize Winner” The Prize Winner’s name and respective city and state of residence may be posted on the Internet at http://www.summerfest.com and on any Summerfest official social media presences or other marketing materials MWF determines in its sole discretion.

4. USE OF PARTICIPANT NAME, IMAGE, LIKENESS, AND CONTENT. By entering the Contest, Participant grants MWF and Prize Providers the right, without limitation or further permission or compensation, to use and publicize the Participant’s name, image, voice, platform user name, social media or other online posts, content, or messages, story, and likeness for promotional, advertising, publicity, and marketing purposes in any manner in commerce and in any medium now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity without limitation and without further notice or approval.

5. PRIZES: The Prize for the first Participant to hit a hole-in-one shot in the hole located on the official green will be a $5,000 cash prize and a $100 Iron Joc gift card. The two subsequent Participants to successfully hit a hole-in-one shot in the hole located on the official green will receive a $500 cash prize, two 2025 Summerfest Power Pass vouchers (to be redeemed by Participant in 2025), and a $50 gift card from Iron Joc. The next subsequent Participant to successfully hit a hole-in-one shot in the hole located on the official green will receive a $500 cash prize and two 2025 Summerfest Power Pass vouchers (to be redeemed by Participant in 2025). Any subsequent Participant to successfully hit a hole-in-one shot in the hole located on the official green will receive a 2025 Summerfest Power Pass voucher (to be redeemed by Participant in 2025). The above prizes provided to Participants who successfully hit a hole-in-one shot in the hole located on the official green shall be the “Prize(s)”. MWF, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change or substitute Prizes or components thereof. The Prize Winner is solely responsible for the cost of transportation to and from Summerfest, and any other incidental costs related to attending Summerfest and claiming the Prize. The Prize may not be substituted other prizes except by MWF or Prize Providers, who reserve the right to substitute the Prize for cash or for any other prize of equal or greater value, in their sole discretion.

6. Unclaimed Prizes or portions thereof may not be awarded.

MWF reserves the right to suspend any music show that is the subject of the Prize and/or to impose any health safety measure, which shall be immediately adopted by the Prize Winner as a condition of winning the Contest. MWF reserves the right to suspend, reschedule, or cancel the Event that is the subject of this Contest.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION. As a condition of participation in this Contest, Participants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the Participants and MWF and/or the Prize Providers, and all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually in a state or federal court located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, and under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles. All Participants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such state and federal courts and waive any rights they may have to a trial before a jury in connection with any such dispute. All judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket damages (excluding attorneys’ fees unless otherwise set forth in these Official Rules) associated with participation in this Contest and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages unless otherwise set forth in these Official Rules.

14. MWF’s RIGHTS. MWF’s decisions on all matters relating to this Contest will be final, including cancellation of this Contest or revocation of any Prizes. MWF reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to alter or amend these Official Rules and its procedures in administering the Contest and to establish additional rules or procedures in the operation of this Contest should MWF, in its sole discretion, so desire. MWF reserves the right to prosecute and seek damages against any individual who attempts to deliberately undermine the proper operation of the Contest in violation of these Official Rules and/or criminal and/or civil law.

2024 SUMMERFEST BIG WIN PROMOTION OFFICIAL RULES

By participating in the 2024 Summerfest Big Win Promotion (hereinafter “Promotion”), all individuals participating in the Promotion (each an “Entrant”) acknowledge reading, and further accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification. All decisions by Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. (“MWF”) or Interactive Promotions Group, MWF’s prize fulfillment partner for the Promotion, (“IP Group”) regarding the Promotion are final and binding in all respects.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD. This Promotion is a one day Promotion. The Promotion will run on July 6, 2024, from 12:00PM CST through 3:00 PM CST (the “Promotion Period”). MWF’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion. Five Entrants will be chosen (each chosen Entrant will be a “Contestant”), only one of whom may become the Winner of the Grand Prize (as defined below).

2. ELIGIBILITY. The Promotion is only open to those who are at least 21 years of age as of July 6, 2024. Employees, former employees, agents, successors, assignees, officers, and/or directors of MWF or their Immediate Families, and MWF’s consultants, licensees, contractors, and any individual employed to work on the Henry Maier Festival Park grounds during any MWF-produced event in 2024, and officers, directors, agents, successors, assignees, employees and former employees of Potawatomi Casino | Hotel or any other company providing a Prize (as defined below), (collectively the “Sponsor Entities”) and their Immediate Families (as defined below) and any other persons engaged with the production and/or the administration of any MWF event and/or promotion (collectively, the “Companies”) are not eligible to enter the Promotion. For the purpose of administering this Promotion, “Immediate Family” includes spouses, parents, children, and siblings (including stepparents, stepchildren and stepsiblings) of the employee, former employee, agent, successor, assignee, officer and/or director of MWF or the Sponsor Entities. Winners must provide their first and last name and execute an Affidavit of Eligibility prior to the awarding of any Prize. By participating, Winners also consent to MWF and IP Group using Winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without further notice or compensation.

3. HOW TO ENTER. During the Promotion Period, all attendees of Summerfest 2024 presented by American Family Insurance will be admitted free, courtesy of MWF and Potawatomi Casino | Hotel. Attendees who have received a specially marked free ticket to Summerfest 2025 shall place the perforated “Big Win Entry Ticket” portion of the ticket (the “Entry Form”) into the Official Promotion Box located inside the mid-gate of Henry Maier Festival Park and retain the remainder of the Summerfest 2025 ticket. Upon submitting the Entry Form, Participants will be automatically entered into the Promotion. Entry Forms will be distributed to the first 30,000 attendees arriving at Summerfest 2024 during the Promotion Period and an additional 20,000 Entry Forms will be distributed in advance of Summerfest 2024 at Potawatomi Casino | Hotel. No purchase necessary.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. Must be present to win. Five Entry Forms will be randomly chosen at 4:00 PM CST at the Miller Lite Oasis Stage at the Henry Maier Festival Park by a representative of MWF and announced publicly at that time and location. Those Entrants holding the portion of the Summerfest 2025 ticket with the number matching one of the five Entry Forms randomly chosen must present the Summerfest 2025 ticket with the matching number to MWF’s designated staff at the Miller Lite Oasis Stage within three minutes of the drawing in order to become a Contestant. If no one presents the Summerfest 2025 ticket with the matching number to MWF’s designated staff at the Miller Lite Oasis Stage within three minutes of the drawing, another Entry Form will be randomly chosen until there are five Contestants or forty total attempts to select five Contestants are made, whichever occurs first. In the event that there are not five Contestants selected after forty attempts to select one are made, no further attempts to select a Contestant will be made and Promotion will proceed with the Contestants already selected to participate in the Promotion. No one Entrant may be awarded more than one Contestant spot in the Promotion and Entrants cannot designate another person to participate as a Contestant on their behalf or transfer their position as a Contestant to another person. The Contestants will each be given one opportunity to drop three ping pong balls into the drop zone tube of the Pong Blingo machine. The goal is to land one ping pong ball into each of the clearly marked designated bottom tubes (slots 2, 7, and 12) (each a “Designated Tube” and collectively the “Designated Tubes”). The balls must be dropped from the drop zone and may not be dropped from anywhere else. No Contestant will be permitted to take a practice, qualifying, or warm-up ball drop. Contestants must drop each ping pong ball into the drop zone one at a time. The next ball cannot be dropped until the preceding ball has come to a stop in one of the tubes at the bottom of the Pong Blingo machine. No part of the Contestant’s body or clothing may come in contact with the Pong Blingo machine or the demarcation line prior to or after releasing any ball. Any such contact shall be considered a foul and the drop shall be deemed a miss. Once the Contestant fails to successfully land a dropped ball consecutively into a Designated Tube, the Contestant has failed to win the Grand Prize. The first Contestant to successfully drop all three ping pong balls and have each one land in a different Designated Tube so that each of the Designated Tubes has one ball in it (the “Winning Drop”) wins the Grand Prize. Any Contestant that does not win the Grand Prize will continue to drop their remaining ping pong balls into the Pong Blingo machine for a chance to win one of five Potawatomi Casino | Hotel prize packages each valued between $275 and $375 (each a “Potawatomi Prize”). A Contestant that lands at least one ping pong ball in a Designated Tube will win a Potawatomi Prize. There will be a maximum of five Potawatomi Prizes available, limited to only one Potawatomi Prize per Contestant. Any Contestant who wins the Grand Prize will not also receive a Potawatomi Prize. If there are any Potawatomi Prizes left after each Contestant has taken their turn at Pong Blingo, the remaining Potawatomi Prize(s) will not be awarded. If no Contestant wins the Grand Prize, the Contestants will each receive a consolation monetary prize with a potential combined total value of $10,000 for all five Contestants (or less if fewer than five Contestants compete for the Grand Prize) (the “Consolation Prizes”). The five available Consolation Prizes will consist of monetary prizes of $5,000; $2,500; $1,500; $500 and $500. Any Contestant who fails to do the Winning Drop will be allowed to immediately draw a Consolation Prize, which will be contained in sealed envelopes, and reveal their prize. Any Contestant who wins the Grand Prize will not also receive a Consolation Prize. In the event fewer than five Consolation Prizes are awarded because: (i) fewer than five Contestants compete for the Grand Prize, or (ii) there is a Grand Prize Winner, any remaining Consolation Prizes will not be awarded to any Entrants or Contestants. Once the Contestants are notified of their Consolation Prize, one monetary prize of $1,000 (the “Bonus Prize”) will potentially be awarded through a random drawing from the remaining Entry Forms in the Official Promotion Box. The Entrant holding the portion of the Summerfest 2025 ticket with the number matching the Entry Form randomly chosen for the Bonus Prize must present the Summerfest 2025 ticket with the matching number to MWF’s designated staff at the Miller Lite Oasis Stage within three minutes of the drawing in order to receive the Bonus Prize. Only one attempt to draw the Bonus Prize will be made. If no one presents the Summerfest 2025 ticket with the matching number to MWF’s designated staff at the Miller Lite Oasis Stage within three minutes of the drawing, no Bonus Prize will be awarded. The odds of becoming a Contestant, winning a Potawatomi Prize, or winning the Bonus Prize are based upon the total number of eligible Entry Forms submitted during the Promotion Period. The maximum number of Entrants is 50,000. All Contestants and anyone randomly chosen to win a Potawatomi Prize or the Bonus Prize shall all be deemed Winners of the Promotion. The Grand Prize, Potawatomi Prizes, Bonus Prize, and Consolation Prizes shall each be a “Prize.” Winners will be notified immediately. There will be no substitution of any Prize.

5. GRAND PRIZE. Winner of the Grand Prize, if awarded, will receive One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00).

6. PRIZE DELIVERY. The Winners must meet all requirements for eligibility to participate in the Promotion and complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity Release and Liability Waiver and a W-9 tax form, present a government issued photo ID and complete any additional documents requested by MWF (collectively, the “Required Documents”) prior to receiving any Prize. Failure to meet these requirements may result in forfeiture of the Winner’s Prize which will result in that Winner’s Prize not being awarded. Payment of the Consolation Prizes and the Bonus Prize will be by check. All Prizes, except the Grand Prize, will be awarded to the Winners: (i) at the time of the Promotion on July 6, 2024, or (ii) at the time the Winner has completed all Required Documents, whichever is later. Prizes that are not claimed within 90 days of July 6, 2024, due to the Winner’s failure to complete the Required Documents shall be forfeited. Payment of the Grand Prize will be made by IP Group to MWF after IP Group validates the win and after the Grand Prize Winner has completed the Required Documents. After receipt of funds from IP Group, MWF will then make payment to the Grand Prize Winner by check. By entering into the Promotion, Contestants acknowledge and agree that IP Group has the right to conduct a reasonable investigation to confirm the Grand Prize was appropriately awarded before making payment of the Grand Prize. Such investigation may include, if deemed warranted by IP Group based on the facts of the investigation, polygraph examination of the MWF staff who conducted the Promotion and of the Grand Prize Winner. Failure to cooperate with such examination could result in the Grand Prize Winner forfeiting the Grand Prize. MWF will not pay any travel costs for the Grand Prize Winner if needed to participate in IP Group’s investigation.

7. TAXES. Winners must submit W-9 tax forms to MWF before receiving any prize payment. Any federal, state and/or local income and other taxes are the sole responsibility of each Winner.

8. NO PRIZE TRANSFER OR SUBSTITUTION. No Prize, including the Grand Prize, is transferable. There are no substitutions for any Prize. If a Winner would like to relinquish their Prize for any reason, they must contact MWF to coordinate repayment of the Prize.

9. CONSENT AND RELEASE. By entering the Promotion, each Entrant releases and discharges MWF, IP Group, and any other party associated with the development or administration of this Promotion, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, shareholders, employees, independent contractors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, “Released Entities”), from any and all liability whatsoever in connection with this Promotion, including without limitation legal claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages, demands or actions of any kind (including without limitation personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction or property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light) (collectively, “Claims”). Entrant acknowledges that if the release of liability in these Official Rules was not as broad as it is, the cost of the Promotion would be considerably higher, and Entrant may not have the ability to participate in the Promotion. Because Entrant wishes to participate in the Promotion, Entrant waives the right to bargain for a different waiver of liability terms. Except where prohibited: (i) acceptance of a Prize constitutes the consent of any Winner, without further compensation, to use the name and likeness of such Winner for editorial, advertising, promotional and publicity purposes by MWF and/or others authorized by MWF; (ii) acceptance of a Prize by a Winner constitutes that Winner’s release of the Release Entities of any and all Claims in connection with the administration of this Promotion; and (iii) all Winners will be required to sign the Required Documents and provide them to MWF before receiving any Prize. Nothing in these rules shall be construed to create a relationship between the Winner and MWF, IP Group or the Sponsor Entities. No Winner is authorized to and shall not use, recreate, or assert an interest in MWF’s trademarks, including the “Smile logo”® and the name Summerfest ®.

10. DISCLAIMERS. (i) Entry Forms that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, torn, illegible, or incompletely received for any reason will not be eligible; (ii) MWF, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion; (iii) MWF further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Promotion if it is not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of inclement weather or other force majeure events; (iv) MWF is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this Promotion, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution, or production errors, and may modify or cancel this Promotion based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability; (v) MWF, IP GROUP AND THE SPONSOR ENTITIES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, AS REGARDS THIS PROMOTION OR THE MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE REGARDING ANY PRIZE OR ANY COMPONENT OF ANY PRIZE; and (vi) CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE PONG BLINGO MACHINE OR ANY PING PONG BALL USED IN THE PROMOTION OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF LAW AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, MWF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

11. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. If all or any part of this Promotion is prohibited or regulated by the laws or regulations of a particular jurisdiction, MWF reserves the right to disqualify Entrants, change, alter or modify eligibility and prize structure (including without limitation the right to limit participation in the Promotion) or to suspend or cancel the Promotion as may be necessary, in MWF’s sole discretion, to comply with such laws or regulations.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION. As a condition of participation in this Promotion, all Entrants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between or among any Entrant(s), MWF and IP Group, and all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The venue for such arbitration shall be in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, and under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles. All Entrants in this Promotion consent to binding arbitration and waive any rights they may have to a trial before a jury in connection with any such dispute. All judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket damages (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) associated with participation in this Promotion and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages unless otherwise provided for herein.

2024 Say Yes at Summerfest OFFICIAL RULES:

The Say Yes At Summerfest Proposal Giveaway (“Contest”) is sponsored by Diamonds Direct (“Sponsor”), 8127 Preston Rd., Dallas TX, 75225, and is administered Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. (“MWF”), 639 E. Summerfest Pl., Milwaukee WI, 53202. By participating in the Contest, participants in the Contest (each a “Participant”) acknowledge reading, and further accept and agree to be bound by these rules (the “Official Rules”). Any violation of these Official Rules by Participant may result in disqualification. All decisions by MWF regarding the Contest are final and binding in all respects.

No Purchase Necessary To Enter, Win, Or Claim A Prize. A Purchase Or Payment Will Not Increase A Participant’s Chances Of Winning.

3. HOW TO ENTER. During the Contest Period, Participants will navigate to the exclusive giveaway page found on https://forms.office.com/r/bFDEPRtmdC via the Summerfest Facebook page, X (formerly Twitter) page, or Instagram page and fill out the required form fields. Upon submitting the form, individuals will be automatically entered into the Contest. MWF shall provide an alternative method of entry upon request. No purchase necessary. Limit 1 entry per person. Participants who submit or attempt to submit more than 1 entry by using multiple/different accounts, identities, registrations, or logins or through any other methods will be disqualified from participating in the Contest. Participants who submit false, untrue, misleading, inaccurate, or materially incomplete information as part of their entry into the Contest, as determined solely by MWF, will be disqualified from participating in the Contest.

4. USE OF PARTICIPANT NAME, IMAGE, LIKENESS, AND CONTENT. By entering the Contest, Participant grants MWF and others authorized by MWF the right, without limitation or further permission or compensation, to use and publicize the Participant’s name, platform user name, social media or other online posts, content, or messages, story, image, voice, story, and likeness for promotional, advertising, publicity, and marketing purposes in any manner in commerce and in any medium now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity without limitation and without further notice or approval.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. Sponsor staff will select 10 finalists from all submissions based on criteria determined solely by Sponsor. From Saturday, June 29, 2024 at 8am central through Monday, July 1 at 11:59pm, the 10 finalists will be reviewed by Sponsor and MWF. The finalists with the best ranking (as calculated in a manner determined solely by MWF) will be declared the “Prize Winner”. The Prize Winner will be notified via the email address provided on the entry form.

6. PRIZE. The Prize Winner will receive one engagement ring valued at up to $5,000 provided by Diamonds Direct, 8 general-admission Summerfest tickets, 8 USCellular Connection Stage front-row wristbands for 7/6, 8 Captain’s Deck passes, 4 Lot P parking passes, $100 Summerfest Gift Card, 2 round-trip SkyGlider passes, and memento to be determined solely by MWF (collectively the “Prize”). Summerfest 2024 shall be considered the “Concert” hereunder. There will be no substitutions of or exceptions to the selection, including in the event the Concert does not occur through no fault of MWF or any company providing or otherwise associated with a Prize (the “Sponsor Entities”) (MWF and the Sponsor Entities are collectively the “Companies”). Approximate Retail Value of the Prize is $6,550. The Prize Winner is solely responsible for the cost of transportation to and from the Concert, and any other incidental costs related to attending the Concert and claiming the Prize. The Prize may not be substituted for cash or other prizes except by MWF, who reserves the right to substitute the Prize for cash or for any other prize of equal or greater value, in its sole discretion. In order to receive the Prize Failure to meet these requirements may result in forfeiture of the Prize, which may not be awarded. If Prize Winner is eligible to win a Prize, MWF shall bear the costs of such delivery. MWF is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, postage due, incorrect, illegible, or incomplete Required Documents, which may result in forfeiture, delay, or failure to deliver or receive the Prize. The Prize will be picked up from the MWF headquarters at 639 E. Summerfest Place, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202 or another location of MWF’s choosing. MWF will not pay any travel costs for the Prize Winner to pick up the Prize. Prizes that are not at the time and location determined by MWF shall be forfeited.

8. TAXES. Any federal, state and/or local income and other taxes, if any, are the Prize Winner’s sole responsibility.

The United We Fest With Johnsonville Private Party Giveaway (“Contest”) is sponsored by Johnsonville,(“Sponsor”), N 6928 Johnsonville Way, Sheboygan Falls, WI 53085, and is administered by Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. (“MWF”), 639 E. Summerfest Pl., Milwaukee WI, 53202. By participating in the Contest, participants in the Contest (each a “Participant”) acknowledge reading, and further accept and agree to be bound by these rules (the “Official Rules”). 5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. Nine total winners (the “Prize Winner”) will be drawn randomly from eligible entries on Monday, June 17, 2024 on or after 9:00am CST. Seven Prize Winners will be drawn from the Participants entering the Contest under Method Number 1 and two Prize Winners will be selected from the Participants entering the Contest under Method Number 2. The odds of winning the Prize are based upon the total number of eligible entries in each entry method during the Contest Period. 6. PRIZE. The Prize may also be picked up from the MWF headquarters at 639 E. Summerfest Place, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202. MWF will not pay any travel costs for the Prize Winner to pick up the Prize. Prizes that are not claimed prior to the Concert shall be forfeited.

8. TAXES. Any federal, state and/or local income and other taxes, if any, are the Prize Winner’s sole responsibility.

9. NO PRIZE TRANSFER OR SUBSTITUTION. No portion of the Prize is transferable or redeemable for cash. If the Prize Winner attempts to resell a Prize (or portion thereof), including online or through a ticket reseller, MWF reserves the right to immediately rescind the Prize. There are no substitutions for the Prize. If a Prize Winner would like to relinquish the Prize for any reason, they must contact MWF to coordinate a Prize drop off.

10. CONSENT AND RELEASE. By entering the Contest, each Participant releases and discharges the Companies and any other party associated with the development or administration of this Contest, including any social media or other host website and platform, their parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, shareholders, employees, independent contractors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, “Release Entities”), from any and all liability whatsoever in connection with this Contest, including without limitation legal claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages, demands or actions of any kind (including without limitation personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction or property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light) (collectively, “Claims”). The Prize Winner agrees that all Prizes are provided “as is” without any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, whether now known or hereinafter enacted, relative to the use or enjoyment of the Prize, including, without limitation, its quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Participant acknowledges that if the release of liability in these Official Rules was not as broad as it is, the cost of the Contest for MWF and/or the Sponsor Entities would be considerably higher, and Participant may not have the ability to participate in the Contest. Because Participant wishes to participate in the Contest, Participant waives the right to bargain for a different waiver of liability terms. No responsibilities are accepted for any additional expenses, omission, delays, or re-routing resulting from any acts of any government or authority. If a Participant provides an email address or posts artwork or other content during the Contest or Summerfest, it may be used for future marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes, including by the Companies, without compensation to the Participant. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the social media or other online platform upon which it is administered or advertised. Except where prohibited:

a) acceptance of a Prize constitutes the consent of the Prize Winner, without further compensation, to use the name, platform user name, social media or other online posts, content, or messages, story, image, voice, story, and likeness of the Prize Winner for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes by MWF and/or others authorized by MWF;

b) acceptance of the Prize by the Prize Winner constitutes a release of the Release Entities of any and all Claims in connection with this Contest or any Prize; and

c) the Prize Winner will be required to sign the Required Documents and provide them to MWF before receiving the Prize.

d) nothing in these Official Rules shall be construed to create a relationship between the Prize Winner and Companies other than as expressly set forth herein.

e) Prize Winner is not authorized to and shall not use, recreate, or assert an interest in MWF’s trademarks, including the “Smile logo”® and the name Summerfest ®.

11. DISCLAIMERS. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, distorted, torn, illegible, or incompletely received for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at MWF’s servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute, email service provider) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. MWF, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to pursue any remedies available, including disqualification from the Contest and any legal claims against any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the web site. Use of bots or other automated processes to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of MWF. MWF further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, inclement weather, technical failures of any sort, or other force majeure events. MWF is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this Contest, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution or production errors, and may modify or cancel this Contest based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability. THE COMPANIES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, AS REGARDS THIS CONTEST OR THE MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE REGARDING ANY PRIZE OR ANY COMPONENT OF ANY PRIZE.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE MWF’S WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF LAW AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, MWF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES) FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

12. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. This Contest is void where prohibited by law. If all or any part of this Contest is prohibited or regulated by the laws or regulations of a particular jurisdiction, MWF reserves the right to disqualify Participants, change, alter or modify eligibility and prize structure (including without limitation the right to limit participation in the Contest) or to suspend or cancel the Contest as may be necessary, in MWF’s sole discretion, to comply with such laws or regulations. MWF reserves the right to suspend the Concert and/or to impose any health safety measure, which shall be immediately adopted by the Prize Winner as a condition of winning the Contest. MWF reserves the right to suspend, reschedule, or cancel the Concert.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION. As a condition of participation in this Contest, all Participants agree that all disputes which cannot be resolved between the Participants and the Companies, and all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually in a state or federal court located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, and under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles. All Participants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such state and federal courts and waive any rights they may have to a trial before a jury in connection with any such dispute. All judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket direct damages (excluding attorneys’ fees unless otherwise set forth in these Official Rules) associated with participation in this Contest and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages unless otherwise set forth in these Official Rules.

14. MWF’S RIGHTS. MWF’s decisions on all matters relating to this Contest will be final, including cancellation of this Contest or revocation of any Prizes. MWF reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to alter or amend these Official Rules and its procedures in administering the Contest and to establish additional rules or procedures in the operation of this Contest should MWF, in its sole discretion, so desire.

15. SEVERABILITY. If any provision of these Official Rules should be held unenforceable or invalid for any reason, then that provision or portion thereof shall be modified or deleted in such manner as to render the remaining provisions of these Official Rules valid and enforceable. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or any prize documents shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

2024 SUMMERFEST X UNFINISHED LEGACY RELEASE PARTY GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES:

The Summerfest x Unfinished Legacy Release Party Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. or “MWF’, 639 E. Summerfest Pl, Milwaukee WI, 53202, and is administered by Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. (“MWF”), 639 E. Summerfest Pl, Milwaukee WI, 53202. By participating in the Contest, participants in the Contest (each a “Participant”) acknowledge reading, and further accept and agree to be bound by these rules (the “Official Rules”). Any violation of these Official Rules by Participant may result in disqualification. All decisions by MWF regarding the Contest are final and binding in all respects.

No Purchase Necessary To Enter, Win, Or Claim A Prize. A Purchase Or Payment Will Not Increase A Participant’s Chances Of Winning.

1. CONTEST PERIOD. The Contest will run from 12:00PM CST Saturday, April 20, 2024 through 3:00PM CST Saturday, April 20, 2024. (the “Contest Period”). MWF’s server and computer clock is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.

2. ELIGIBILITY. The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who, at the time of entry are 18 years of age or older and are not considered a minor in their state of residence. The following are not eligible to enter the Contest: (a) full-time benefited employees, agents, successors, assignees, officers, and directors of MWF and their Immediate Family (defined below); (b) employees, agents, officers and directors of MWF’s consultants, licensees, and contractors; (c) individuals employed to work at Henry Maier Festival Park during any MWF-produced event within the past two years; (d) officers, directors, agents, successors, assignees, employees and former employees of any Sponsor Entities (as defined below) and their Immediate Family; and (e) any other persons engaged with the production or the administration of any MWF-produced event or Contest. For the purpose of administering this Contest, “Immediate Family” includes spouses, parents, children, and siblings (including stepparents, stepchildren and stepsiblings).

3. HOW TO ENTER. During the Contest Period, Participants will navigate to the exclusive giveaway page found on https://forms.office.com/r/n1KqPZTCfV via QR code displayed at the Summerfest x Unfinished Legacy Launch Party and fill out the required form fields. Upon submitting the form, individuals will be automatically entered into the Contest. MWF shall provide an alternative method of entry upon request. No purchase necessary. Limit 1 entry per person. Participants who submit or attempt to submit more than 1 entry by using multiple/different accounts, identities, registrations, or logins or through any other methods will be disqualified from participating in the Contest. Participants who submit false, untrue, misleading, inaccurate, or materially incomplete information as part of their entry into the Contest, as determined solely by MWF, will be disqualified from participating in the Contest.

4. USE OF PARTICIPANT NAME, IMAGE, LIKENESS, AND CONTENT. By entering the Contest, Participant grants MWF and others authorized by MWF the right, without limitation or further permission or compensation, to use and publicize the Participant’s name, platform user name, social media or other online posts, content, or messages, story, image, voice, story, and likeness for promotional, advertising, publicity, and marketing purposes in any manner in commerce and in any medium now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity without limitation and without further notice or approval.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. One winner (the “Prize Winner”) will be drawn randomly from eligible entries on Monday, April 22, 2024 on or after 10:00AM CST. The odds of winning the Prize are based upon the total number of eligible entries during the Contest Period. The Prize Winner will be notified via the email address provided on the entry form.

6. PRIZE. The Prize Winner will receive two tickets to Lil Uzi Vert on July 6, 2024 (the “Concert”) at a location to be determined by MWF (collectively the “Prize”). There will be no substitutions of or exceptions to the selection, including in the event the Concert does not occur through no fault of MWF or any company providing or otherwise associated with a Prize (the “Sponsor Entities”) (MWF and the Sponsor Entities are collectively the “Companies”). Approximate Retail Value of the Prize is $262. The Prize Winner is solely responsible for the cost of transportation to and from the Concert, and any other incidental costs related to attending the Concert and claiming the Prize. The Prize may not be substituted for cash or other prizes except by MWF, who reserve the right to substitute the Prize for cash or for any other prize of equal or greater value, in its sole discretion. Winners of a Prize equal to or greater than $600 will receive an IRS Form 1099 MISC reporting the actual value of the Prize received. Limit of 1 Prize per household. In no event will more prizes than are stated in these Official Rules be awarded. Approximate retail value is determined as of the time these Official Rules are published and may fluctuate. Prize Winner is not entitled to any difference between the approximate retail value and the actual value of the Prize at the time the Prize is awarded.
