Food Concession Application

Summerfest typically looks for applicants who currently own and operate a restaurant in the Milwaukee area. In selecting a vendor for our program, we also look for the diversity of products and festival experience of the applicant.

Because of Summerfest’s long history of success, many food vendors have participated for many years. On an annual basis, there are only limited openings for new vendors.
