Tim McGraw Ticket and On-sale Information

MILWAUKEE – January 15, 2010 – Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. officials today announce on-sale date and ticket information for Tim McGraw’s Marcus Amphitheater performance slated for Thursday, June 24 during Summerfest.

Tickets will go on sale Saturday, January 23 at 11 AM and will be available for $72.50 (Red), $62.50 (Yellow), $52.50 (bench) and $37.50 (lawn). All prices include Summerfest admission. Tickets can be purchased at the Marcus Amphitheater Box Office, Ticketmaster Ticket Centers, online at Ticketmaster.com and by phone at 1.800.745.3000 (live Ticketmaster Agent) or 1.866.448.7849 (“Ticketmaster Express” automated phone line). Patrons may also utilize “ticketfast” at Ticketmaster.com to print bar coded concert tickets from home. Convenience fees may be added to all purchases.

Joining McGraw on his “Southern Voice” tour is country pop trio Lady Antebellum, the winners of Vocal Group of the Year and Single of the Year for “I Run To You” at the 43rd annual CMA awards held in November. Their upcoming sophomore album is set for release on January 26.
Love and Theft will open the 7:30 PM show. Their debut album World Wide Open opened on the Top 10 of the country albums chart and the band’s hit single “Runaway” claimed the biggest first week of digital single sales for any debut country act in 2009.

Advanced $12 single use general admission tickets are still available for purchase at Summerfest.com until January 31. These can be printed from home with no additional fees.

Summerfest 2010 will take place June 24 – July 4 from noon until midnight daily. The World’s Largest Music Festival and Milwaukee’s cornerstone summer celebration attracts the music industry’s hottest stars, emerging talent and local favorites. The Marcus Amphitheater and 10 additional stages, along with a diverse selection of food and beverage vendors, marketplaces and interactive exhibits, are set against the Lake Michigan and downtown backdrops, creating a festival experience like no other.
