Gate Admission Tickets
For Summerfest 2010, the price of an adult ticket purchased at the gate weekdays (Noon - 4:00 PM) will be $8. Evening and weekend adult admission tickets purchased at the gate will be $15. Children's and Senior's tickets are $3. Adults over 10 $15 - Evenings (after 4:00 PM) and Weekends Adults over 10 $8 - Weekdays (Noon to 4:00 PM) Seniors 60 and over $3 Children Ages 3 - 10 when accompanied by adult $3 Children Ages 2 & under FREE

Grounds Stages Once you've obtained admission to the festival you are welcome to enjoy entertainment on all of the Grounds Stages for no additional charge. The Marcus Amphitheater is the only stage at Summerfest that requires an additional reserved ticket or, for some shows, a free bar-coded wristband given away for general admission lawn seating.

Your best route to Summerfest!
Follow the smiles! Traffic signs are sporadically placed around Milwaukee pointing you in the right direction when driving to the fest. Be sure to look out for the iconic Summerfest smile for a little extra guidance.
From the West:
Take I-94 East to I-794 East, exit at Jackson St. (left hand exit). Turn right (south) to St. Paul Avenue, then right again (west) onto St. Paul Avenue or continue south to Chicago Street. Follow the signs and attendants to one of the many parking lots in the area.
From the North:
Heading south on I-43, take the I-94 Westbound/I-794 Eastbound ramp. Merge onto I-794 eastbound. Turn right (south) at end of ramp to St. Paul Avenue, then right again (west) onto St. Paul Avenue or continue south to Chicago Street. Follow the signs and attendants to one of the many parking lots in the area.
From the South:
Heading north on I-43/94, take the I-794 East exit and then exit at Van Buren/Jackson Street (left hand exit). Turn right (south) at end of ramp to St. Paul Avenue, then right again (west) onto St. Paul Avenue or continue south to Chicago Street. Follow the signs and attendants to one of the many parking lots in the area.

Motorcycle and Bicycle Parking
Festival attendees riding their bicycles or motorcycles to Summerfest can park their bikes free of charge. Bicycle parking will be offered at the Summerfest Bike Park near the Mid-Gate, and motorcycle parking will be provided free of charge at the Harley-Davidson Motorcycle Parking Lot, also located near the Mid-Gate. Patrons are required to secure their bicycles at all times.

Wristbands to leave and re-enter the festival are available at all gate areas from Noon until 6:30 pm daily. Re-entry wristbands will be valid for a single, same day re-entry until 7:00 pm. No re-entry wristbands will be issued after 6:30 pm and no re-entries after 7:00 pm. |

There are specific items that cannot be brought into Summerfest. Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. reserves the right to alter carry-in policies at any time. Currently, these items include, but are not limited to:

- Recording devices

Cameras and Recording Devices

Performers and Summerfest management strictly prohibit flash photography, video and audio recording in the stage areas. Your equipment may be subject to confiscation.
If you have a reason for photographing a specific performer you MUST receive written permission from the artist prior to bringing your equipment on the grounds. You should also obtain an on-site contact for any day-of-show credentials. Artist credentials do NOT include admission to the festival. Professional equipment is NOT permitted on the grounds without prior written permission from artist management.
If you are interested in documenting the festival grounds and crowd shots, please contact Summerfest in advance. Photography requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis PRIOR TO opening day. Requests not submitted PRIOR TO opening day of the festival CANNOT be guaranteed.
