Wild Cub formed in early 2012 when songwriter/composer Keegan DeWitt and multi-instrumentalist Jeremy Bullock stripped down a small Nashville row house to build a custom studio. In this space, and together with friend and drummer/producer Dabney Morris, they would record and eventually form a five-piece band around their debut album Youth. The album saw a remastered wide release – including two bonus tracks, “Blacktide” and “Lies,” the latter produced by Jim Eno (Spoon) – through Mom+Pop on January 21, 2014. Wild Cub has performed their rising single “Thunder Clatter” on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and have appeared in The New York Times, Billboard, Alternative Press, and MAGNET, among others. Following a Winter US headlining tour that saw multiple sold-out shows, Wild Cub’s busy 2014 will continue with dates supporting American Authors and then Vampire Weekend this spring and additional summer festivals. Watch Wild Cub make their debut on Conan April 10th.
